Original rubbing, Gold on black. Shares many characteristics with the Robert de Bures bronze, considered one of the finest military bronzes. This one, too, shows fine details in the chain mail and in the clothing.

- Source: This is an original rubbing, done by a local woman when she travelled in England as a young woman during the 1960s and 1970s. We have made several attempts to identify the actual location of the bronze without success. Our efforts in this regard are ongoing.
